School Cash Online

The most convenient way to pay for school items (pizza, cookies, trips, milk etc...) is by doing it online. With the safety of our children always in mind, AJM will be fully implementing the School Cash Online system starting September 2017. We will NO LONGER be accepting cash or cheque payments from students. Parents may come into the office and pay in person if they wish (payments will be accepted between 9:00am-2:00pm). New Medical FormsAugust 2017

Dear Parents/Guardians:


Please be aware that there is a new medical form this year that requires a physician’s signature.  This form is for any student who has prescription medication at school.  (Prescription medication includes, but is not limited to epi-pens, asthma inhalers and oral medication.)

Anaphylaxis Forms


There are two versions of this form:

Form 1:  Request for School Personnel to Administer Prescribed Medication Form 1

Form 2:  Authorization for Self-Administration of Prescribed Medication by Student Form 2



Urgent:  Parents of students with anaphylactic allergies or asthma.  Please make sure to print the form sent by email or pick one up from the school and have your doctor sign it before the start of school.  Do not forget to call the office to set up a meeting to bring in your child’s paperwork, puffers or epi-pens.
